Fed up with bad leadership? We are.
Concerned about the state of the world? Us too.
But we remain optimistic nature nonetheless. We have an abundance mentality, not a scarcity worldview. (Check out Abundance: The Future is Better than You Think by Peter Diamandis and Steven Kotler, a good read.)
We believe we don’t have to re-slice the same-sized pie. With the right leadership, we can make the pie bigger and better for everyone.
A New Leadership Approach
But it will take a new leadership approach. The way we’ve been leading hasn’t been working. To keep doing what we’ve been doing is, indeed, insanity.
We propose something audacious: building organizations that are excellent, ethical, and enduring (what we call the 3 Es of triple crown leadership). Organizations with high performance, integrity, and sustainability. Ventures that refuse to sacrifice their integrity to make their quarterly numbers, that are not polluting the world or burning out their people to make their annual bonuses.
When you see the bad news come in, you have a choice. You can just sit there and let it wash over you. You can let the problems accumulate and the challenges get passed along and handed down to future generations.
Or you can do something about it. You can lead.
Yes, we have problems. Big ones. The question is: now what?
