Bob Vanourek and Gregg Vanourek on bench

Authors

Bob Vanourek and Gregg Vanourek (a father/son team) are practitioners of high-performance leadership with over fifty years of combined experience—including successes, failures, and battle scars. We’ve led and worked in and with publicly traded companies, turnarounds, startups, nonprofits, and social ventures.

Most of all, we’re passionate about finding better ways to lead—from leading organizations and teams to leading self.

The world needs better leadership.
