Bob Vanourek has led global New York Stock Exchange companies, including Sensormatic and Recognition Equipment, through transformational turnarounds as CEO. Bob has served as an officer of two divisions of Pitney Bowes and Avery International. Bob has taught leadership at the University of Denver and Colorado Mountain College, and he is Chairman Emeritus of the Vail Leadership Institute and an honors graduate of Harvard Business School and Princeton University. Bob is a featured speaker on leadership and consults with numerous boards, businesses, and community organizations.

Gregg Vanourek is a high-impact executive and award-winning author who trains and speaks internationally on leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development. He is co-author of three influential books, including Triple Crown Leadership (a winner of the International Book Awards) and Life Entrepreneurs. He served as a tech startup executive for K12 Inc. (now a market leader with about $900 million in sales) and co-founded New Mountain Ventures. Vanourek was Chairman of the Board of SE Forum (a social entrepreneurship accelerator in Stockholm), Vice Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management Program at KTH-Royal Institute of Technology, and Vice Center Director for the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship at KTH. He teaches leadership in the Stockholm Business School Executive MBA Program. Previously, he was a senior executive at the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation and research fellow at the Hudson Institute.
